It is your responsibility as the customer to be aware of the Terms and Conditions of Pebbles 4 Thought and by purchasing/ordering from us you are agreeing to adhere to our Terms and Conditions. This information is correct to the best of our knowledge.

By the use of the terms ‘I’,  ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ on this website and in the terms and conditions, it refers to the sole trader and owner of Pebbles 4 Thought

PAYMENT POLICY 

All prices are subject to change. All payments are made securely and easily with either Paypal, Stripe or Bank Transfer. Please make sure that your address is correct as I accept no responsibility for items going missing due to incorrect postal address details. Unless otherwise informed I aim to have all orders completed and ready for dispatch within 3 working days from when payment received. Large/multiple orders may take longer and I’ll message you if the dispatch time will be longer. If there are any problems I will of course keep you informed.        

DELIVERY POLICY 

Within the UK all my cards are posted within 1-3 working days by Royal Mail 1st  or 2nd Class. They are well packaged.  Occasionally there are postal delays so please allow 2 weeks for items to arrive from the date posted. If not arrived after 14 days please contact me.

USA SHIPPING

All posted by international standard and please be aware orders may require tax/fees payable by the customer upon delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling your order? 

To cancel your purchase, you must do so within 30 days of receiving it. When returning the item please make sure it is in the secure condition it was sent to you to ensure its safe return and do so within 30 days from the date you cancelled. It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item/s to us (unless damaged/faulty see below). We advise you return items to us using the same method of postage (if unsure please ask us first. We also require you to obtain proof of posting (receipt). If your item returns to us meeting these conditions then you will receive your refund within 14 days.

Faulty/Damaged goods? 

In this instance we ask you to please contact us first. You must do so within 30 days of receiving goods. You can also email a photo of the problem if you wish. If we need you to return the item to us, we will cover the cost of doing so however we ask you to obtain proof of postage (receipt) and also send the faulty item back to us using the same method of postage , if unsure please ask. If your item returns to us meeting these conditions then you will receive a refund or a replacement within 14 days. 

PLEASE NOTE Personalised items made to your personal specification are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, faulty or misspelt. If in doubt, please just message us first and we can have a chat to resolve any problems. If your item is damaged it may be useful to send us an image so we can contact the postal service.
